304 stainless steel strip is the most commonly used grade in the austenitic family. Known as the “18-8” steel due to its 18% chromium and 8% nickel composition, it offers a perfect balance of corrosion resistance, strength, and formability. Its excellent weldability and hygiene properties make it ideal for a wide range of applications including kitchen equipment, automotive trim, and industrial components.
